New consultants are to undergo 3 months of training program – to help them learn and understand the basics of Recruitment. After which each successful consultant will undergo a more Department intensive training plan. The whole training agenda is designed to enable our consultants conduct full spectrum support for the business. Existing consultants undergo year round enhanced training to help improve and/or develop their skill sets.
